Stop and think about that, a 60% price increase is going to go right past, yet a BoA annual charge of $5.00 for ATM use causes near riots.

If netflix was increasing prices to deliver your DVDs to you that would probably cause near riots as well.
As it is, they're physically sending you a product via the USPS (rather than telling the ATM to dispense some funds it already has inside of it), and have some material cost in doing so.

Except for the ever increasing costs of ATM maintenance, repair, and replacement. I am by no means a BoA fan, there are many things they've done in the past that have me foaming at the mouth. A $5 ANNUAL (I love how all the reports have tried to make it sound like it's $5.00 per usage) fee is pretty reasonable in the grand scheme of things.
I had heard it was $5/ month -- but since we're good customers all those sorts of fees are waived so I haven't paid attention.
The dogma lives loudly within me.

My mistake, it is a monthly fee. Turns out they dropped their $10.00 annual fee.

That's a horse of a slightly different color.
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

Just saw this today on Amazon:

Dear Customers,

Our Prime Instant Video team is on a roll. Today, we're announcing an agreement with Disney-ABC that adds 800 popular titles from ABC Studios, The Disney Channel, ABC Family, and Marvel. These new titles will bring the total to almost 13,000 TV shows and movies — all available for unlimited instant streaming.

The popular series Lost and Grey’s Anatomy will be ready for streaming tomorrow. Then, we’ll add other favorites including Felicity, The Disney Channel’s Phineas & Ferb, Marvel’s X-Men Evolution, and ABC Family shows like Greek and episodes from the most current season of The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

Disney-ABC joins recently announced deals with FOX, CBS, NBC-Universal, and PBS — just to name a few. We’ve added shows like Arrested Development, Firefly, The X-Files, every series of Star Trek, and Prison Break. You can watch on over 300 different devices, including our new Kindle Fire. Instant video streaming is a new benefit of Amazon Prime and is brought to you at no additional cost — Prime membership remains $79 a year.

There are 10 kinds of people in this world, those that understand binary and................
