I couldn't ever imagine saying that to my mother either, but the line is hilarious! ^_^

funny thing is that i am very 'natural' with my kids and talk about taboo subjects easily... i know they do with their friends and amongst themselves. Gene wasn't in the least embarrassed and i know he takes long showers because i had to tell him to wash the shower stall at one point.

egads - who'd a thunk being a mom would include these types of things.

This question has been posted here before. No reposting of topics allowed. You’re supposed to READ and MEMORIZE every single topic that gets posted to this forum. LOL. If you can’t memorize them, then search for it first.

I remember Mr. Land’s long gone piano web site. Anyone remember it? The quantity of posts on his forum was low and he probably figured his site couldn’t compete with Piano World so he shut it down right around 2003.

I liked Mr. Land’s interactive page of a piano action in motion. You could slow it down and speed it up with your mouse. Too bad it’s gone.

Qaanaaq, do you remember the URL? It's likely indexed in the WBM (way back machine), piano action model and all.

If I remember correctly, his animated model was larger so you could see the action in more detail. It also had a mouse control button so you could slow down/speed up the action.
