Funny, I was just thinking about Verizon the other day. . .

. . . in that 19 most hated US companies thread, and how it´s surprising they´re not on it.

Verizon pulled this same crap with me a bunch of times -- small, unidentifiable charges here and there, and then making me jump through hoops to get them to give me itemized information (I think they used the excuse that a customer could only recieve an itemized bill every X times a year, or you had to pay or somthing ridiculous like that). Before they had the free Verizon-to-Verizon calls, I had to watch my charges very carefully.
