An urgent one, as well! What is the meaning of  ?

Exactly, heck, isn't that the code?
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

This is my secondary interpretation.

I would not use it as a "waiting for an answer" smilie - that would be a smilie with a tapping foot.

Do we have one of those? I've not seen it.

The one that's always bothered me is the forehead slap smiley. I don't mind it being used if you're referring to yourself: "I can't believe I did something that dopey!" but I don't like it when it's used to say "I can't believe there are people who could be so stupid as to believe/think/do [X]!" There are plenty of people whose viewpoints I might disagree with, but I don't think they're stupid for holding those beliefs. So that smiley might be my least favorite. Anyway, just my two cents.

I hope that guy gets added to our clickable emoticon collection. I could use his attitude every now and then here. He reminds me of a school teacher tapping her pointer on the blackboard while waiting for an answer that we all should have known.
