Our 6 year old professional series Frigidaire dishwasher circuit board crapped out yesterday. ( )Having never liked this unit very much, I'm just going to get a new one rather than spend the approx. $300 I estimate to fix it. I'm going with a Whirlpool, because I had their appliances up in Ann Arbor and liked them a lot. My question is do any of you have a tall tub model or considered one recently? I'd like to get one because I am constantly having to juggle the lower rack around so the pots, pans and lids don't interfere with the water jet up top. So... anybody got an idea? |

We have two tall tub Bosch dishwashers waiting to go into the new kitchen. I wanted them to fit our big soup pots and the Hobart mixer bowl. Obviously, we have not even had a chance to use them yet. I'm sure looking forward to it. |

The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy | |

http://www.kitchenaid.com/flash.cmd?/#/product/KUDS30IXSS/ I recently purchased this one for the kitchen. It holds alot and the upper rack is adjustable. It's the quietest thing on the market, I can't hear it when it's on. Plus, unlike the Bosch's, it has a dryer. Don't use it all the time but it's nice to have. |

We ended up with a Samsung. We'll see, but it had some very nice features for the price, including a staggered upper rack that allows for taller peices in the lower rack. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Samsung+-+24%22+Tall+Tub+Built-In+Dishwasher+-+Stainless-Steel/9980225.p?id=1218204943908&skuId=9980225#BVRRWidgetID |
