I am the grey one

I am surprised that 43% believe Trump was definitely born in the United States. I don't know enough about him to be that certain. I would be one of the 20% "probablies". I am sure that if he ever became a serious contender that would certainly be hashed out by the media if only because he would have an "R" after his name. The real scandal of all of this is that the media subjected Obama's background to almost no scrutiny whatsoever. Otherwise, we wouldn't be arguing about such fundamental requirements almost three years into his presidency. |

"Any man who would make an X rated movie should be forced to take his daughter to see it". - John Wayne There is a line we cross when we go from "I will believe it when I see it" to "I will see it when I believe it". Henry II: I marvel at you after all these years. Still like a democratic drawbridge: going down for everybody. Eleanor: At my age there's not much traffic anymore. From The Lion in Winter.

HOLY CARP!!!

Agreed Jb. Obie brought this on himself by refusing to release the records long ago. He may not be hiding his origin of birth, but he's hiding something. I don't know what that is yet. It just seems odd, for someone with nothing to hide, to put all this time, effort and money into avoiding disclosure of records. What is the deep dark secret he's trying to protect? |

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism. We have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences.

You assume he's hiding some deep, dark secret. That's just your paranoia. |

Yes, poor Improv, intellectual curiosity can be a curse. |

The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy
