Actually, not me, but Mrs. George. About 2 weeks ago, she got together with a couple of people she went to nursing school with. They graduated back in 1971, and thought it would be nice to have a larger reunion. She was assigned the task of finding the other alumnae, and was given a list of names. She's tried Facebook, with little luck in finding anyone. The problem might be that most of the people she graduated with are female, and are now married with new names. Any suggestions? |

Does she have the names of their parents? Google search the hell out of their contact info and go from there maybe? |

Does the school maintain past students contact info. Is there an alumni newsletter where she could post an ad. My SIL receives a Nursing magazine each month where people post ads. A late thought.. Does she have access to any nursing websites ie school; faculty. Edited by Newpianoplayer, Apr 27 2011, 08:39 PM.

Good thoughts. The problem is that the school closed down in the mid 80s. |

I had the task of finding former classmates and had an awful time. The best leads I got were from my other classmates. I found no one in any other way.. altho I did find one in the phonebook. |

Name changes, moves from state to state. This is quite a task to find these folks. apple's approach is one that should help. I'd also go ahead and do on-line searches using their maiden names. Finding the family members could lead you to the nurses. |
