Rhetorics notwithstanding, that's how seriously people take Donald Trump's bid for the US Presidency.
Very seriously. He's a serious man. A man to be taken seriously, in a serious manner, seriously.

How much more serious can it get than an American Presidential election?

This much more seriously:

Make it an anonymous poll, and see how the socks vote what results you get.
Yeah, that's why this poll was not made anonymous to begin with.

Final tally: FOUR votes for Donald Trump, from Mikhailoh, Horace, 89th, and John D'Oh.

This is an attempt to answer apple's question: Are people taking Donald Trump['s Presidential intention] seriously. The answer is that for all the talk that's been going on, we do have FOUR and ONLY FOUR people committed enough to say they would vote for Donald Trump in a Obama v. Trump match up. (And I'm not even sure "committed" is the word that would apply to John D'Oh since he knows full well he cannot vote.)

Rhetorics notwithstanding, that's how seriously people take Donald Trump's bid for the US Presidency.
Your question does not speak to whether people take Trump's candidacy seriously.

or whether people take Obama's presidency seriously.

SRSLY.
51% of American voters preferred him to the alternative, so either your country has an unusually well-developed sense of humour, or.....well......errr......you be the judge.

Glad to see you take it so well. It will be easier for you to take it, for real, next November when Obie gets his a$$ kicked and sent packing back to Chicago.

Damn... I almost feel sorry for Chicago. :whome:

NO votes for Obama.

Nobody takes him seriously.

NO votes for Obama.
One would have to at least feign taking Trump seriously in order to answer the question.

With people like Waters, Franks, Shumer, Pelosi, Reid, and Obama and several other of the mindless twits you guys have on your side, you are in no position to laugh at Trump or Palin.

But that's par for the course with liberals. Demonize anyone who scares you.

I doubt Palin could win. I doubt Trump could win. But if either one of them *did* win, it would be far better than having to suffer through another 4 years of Obama.

Personally, I don't think Obama has a prayer, no matter who runs against him.

It seems to me that people take Trump exactly 5 times more seriously than they do Obama, if this thread is a credible measure of how serious people take a candidate.

Kenny: Thank you - party trumps person (srsly - no pun intended).

By and large, left leaning will vote Democratic candidate, and right leaning will vote GOP candidate - regardless of who it is.

True of the hard core 28% on each side.

Not so true of the middle, which is where elections are won and lost.

I'm trying to picture someone telling Larry to his face that they support Mr. Obama.
