If I am online then I am not preparing my Income Tax which is due by Apr 30. I promised this year I would be early. Usually I start around Apr 27. The good 'ol days when I could have it done within an hour are gone never to return. sigh... |

HOLY CARP!!!

As we get older, our finances get increasingly complicated ... we start having income that's outside of a straight W2, we start having "assets" beyond a few bucks in a checking account, we start having life situations that allow us to pickup various tax credits and deductions. So yeah, the days of spending less than an hour completing a 1040-EZ or a 1040-A is long gone for most of us. |
