Wisconsin? Who knew?

..............
We went to Neillsville, Wisconsin yesterday to pick up our order of fruit trees. It was quite a trip, about 2.5 hours just to get to Neillsville. On the way back, we took a different route to go out for dinner. We happened to go by a campground along the way. These were mostly two-lane country roads, so it was a bit out in the boondocks.

The campground had big signs announcing their 2011 activities. I might not have even known there was a campground there except for the signs. They have a horse arena near the road, and space for motor homes, travel trailers, and other hookups. There was a big green fence around most of it. I figured that was to screen the road noise, but .....

Mark, since you are our resident Wisconsinite, I'm hoping you can explain this. Maybe George knows about this since he is a regular at the Cheddarshack and other parts of Wisconsin.

I guess you just never know what you'll see in Wisconsin.

I don't think I'll be attending the all-male ring toss event.

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead

I hope they don't have a three legged race.

wonder if the riding arena has anything to do with the "unbridled sexual freedom" they advertise on their website.

It's all the cheddar, I'm telling you. Too much cheddar can warp a person.

On the other hand, I'm sure May is still pretty chilly in WisCANsen, so I'm not too sure how many men are going to be interested in running around, showing off the Incredible Shrinking Tallywhacker. :lol2:
