John, it doesn't lag by 3 years.....
The big upward trend unemployment started in 2008 - hence, it was a reflection of what happened before then.

Personally, I don't think any political party or politican was to blame. It was just a matter of time before it happened, and the graph is clearly cyclic.

I agree, John. Bush knew unemployment would rise cyclically and still was too incompetent to do anything to stop it. Good point.
As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good?

On the other hand, it demonstrates unusually good planning on his part to get out of office just in time. If only he'd applied the same level of forward thinking to Iraq.

Okay, I'm wrong. It happens. In fact, I deserve to have my head lopped off with a razor-sharp katana and kicked into a fetid, algae-choked pond, and for crows and vultures to devour my intestines in a weed-grown ditch by the side of the highway.
None of that sissy punishment here. You have to paint a picture of Big Al and then use it as your avatar.
