I have never tried this brand. But I do use chorizo. I buy it where I buy my other sausages. In the Italian Market section of Philly. It's quite good. I'm sure you know Chorizo is part of Paella.

I imagine it will be similar to the chorizo gallego I used to eat in Galicia, where the local language is similar to Portuguese too.
Spicy, thick with meat, heavy sausage.
Every morning the soul is once again as good as new, and again one offers it to one's brothers & sisters in life.

I'm hoping it is a dense smoked sausage. Spanish chorizo can be excellent. I guess I'll order a pound to see... it's only 4 bucks.
