I like the concept, I have a lot of respect for the man, his vision, and his noble and humble roll-up-the-sleaves leadership in this movement.

I do wonder ... would the houses be "up to code" (even if it's "up to code" in certain fair-weathered parts in Texas, what about places with heavy snow load, places with earthquakes)? Any chance of connecting to town sewer, water, gas? :blink:
