This was Thursday, beautiful fluffy white snow.

(this was on my way to work)

Thursday night it warms up, starts to rain. Rains all day Friday, all night, today we have just a few piles of slush left. Bleh.

How's winter where you are?

Temp's starting to drop, otherwise just dreary.
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

Cool - lows in the 20's at night (that's -1C) and highs in the low 30's (that's about 3C).

But it's not windy, and the skies are clear.

Perfect early winter weather.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

ZOOOOOM!
My home town got 22 feet of snow last year.

I very much regret not being around for most of it. :(
I cite irreconcilable differences.

We are moving along according to script this year.

We drove through the mountains to get to Amish country for Thanksgiving and there was a beautiful frost. I wore my new black boots and a black sweater wrap. But still green grass at home.

I hope we get a white Christmas.

i like winter because i can stay home and do my projects. I get so cold anymore, i don't like to go out unless I am vigorously exercising with the dog. It's been dry and sunny in KS... 20 - 50 right now.

I could live without snow.

Certainly qualifies as obscene in my book. :cursing:

Weather and daylight permitting. I don't like walking home in the dark, esp. when it's pouring. I love having the option, knowing I don't need my car.

I love being the one that can, and will, always make it to the library and open it, no matter what hits us. Snowstorms, power outages, trees down and blocking the roads.....sue will be there! :whome:

Spent Thanksgiving in Riverside. Was 38 degrees the morning we left La Jolla. Light wind in Riverside, which blew all the smog out - could see all the mountains around Riverside with the tops covered in snow. :thumb: Saturday morning there was frost on car (in Riverside). Now back home and it's still cold and windy, but sunny!

I have a whole new level of respect for you, our quiet, super-hero librarian.

But librarians are like that, aren't they?
