Brink's charged with fraudulous bankruptcy

Probably unnoticed in the US but a big issue in Belgium : if Brink's had won their case this would have undermined social legislation in Belgium, and subsequently in Europe.

Bottom line of the whole drama: social legislation should be respected, even by multinationals.

I am so adjective that I verb nouns!
From my reading of the article, it does sound like Brinks was playing a shell game and got caught. On that basis I have no problem with the courts holding that they are still liable to their creditors. And if so, I would have no problem with their management team being tried for fraud.
The dogma lives loudly within me.
