I think we were out-coached. The Pats played with passion. We look confused and frustrated.

Humiliating loss.

What happened?

Same things I saw last week. Our pass defense is horrid, and has been all season. That, and Bruce Arians sucks. Yeah, that pretty much covers it.

Sounds awfully familiar. Tragically, even as my team continues to beat itself.

As a Foxborough resident it's a bloody good job I don't care about football. I'd be even more insufferable than normal if I was a fan.

If it helps, you can fill in 20 minutes worth of gloating and trash talk. I'd do it myself, but I'd only write something betraying my total lack of knowledge of the subject.

Reed's gone. And to think we franchised him.

Go Pats!
The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy

I'm actually pulling for the Raiders a bit this year because of Jason Campbell.

Heard today that might actually be true. Trying out some new kickers this week, is the word at the Pens game last night.

FWIW, the Pens lost but they did so with so much more aplomb. I yelled that out at the game and got a lot of stares. I think they were stares of comprehension and support.

Of course. Comprehension and support are found in abundance at Penguin games.

How's the new rink?

Actually, it'll all part of a dastardly plan to fill the Pats with overconfidence while concealing our winning hole cards for the inevitable AFC championship game.

Vick was awesome. He was always an exciting playing to watch because of his rushing skills. But who knew he could throw the ball so well? The most dominating performance by a QB I've seen since pre-injury Brady blanked the Redskins a couple of years back.
Civilisation, I vaguely realized then - and subsequent observation has confirmed the view - could not progress that way. It must have a greater guiding principle to survive. To treat it as a carcase off which each man tears as much as he can for himself, is to stand convicted a brute, fit for nothing better than a jungle existence, which is a death-struggle, leading nowhither. I did not believe that was the human destiny, for Man individually was sane and reasonable, only collectively a fool.

I hope the gunner of that Hun two-seater shot him clean, bullet to heart, and that his plane, on fire, fell like a meteor through the sky he loved. Since he had to end, I hope he ended so. But, oh, the waste! The loss!

Nobody, including him. He never even threw the ball half as well as he is now.
