HOLY CARP!!!

NATHAN AND THE DENISE AMBER LEE FOUNDATION NEED YOUR HELP TO GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL! Between now and August 31st, we need your votes to help Nathan win a chance for a scholarship to participate in a high level, business leadership conference this fall. The contest is open to all small businesses and non-profit organizations. The conference is called EntreLeadership and presented by national radio, TV, and newspaper personality, Dave Ramsey. This is an intense 7 day course designed to teach the skills needed to take a small business or non-profit organization to the next level. This would help our foundation greatly! You can help by voting early , often and by contacting as many of your friends and asking them to vote. You and your friends can vote until noon on August 31st. The top four entries will go on to be eligible for the scholarship. But we have to be in the top four. You can vote once per landing on the page but can vote multiple times and we urge you to vote often. As you all know Nathan is determined to turn Denise’s tragedy into something positive that will help 9-1-1 call centers everywhere. We do not want Denise to have died in vain. Help him get the skills needed to maximize his passion and impact. Go to: http://www.daveramsey.com/entreleadership/contest-entry/entryId/67/ Thank you! |

I for one would be very careful in using such strong words to motivate people to vote for a scholarship contest for a business leadership conference. |

Why? We don't. the 9-1-1 industry does not. They gave him an advocacy award in Washington back in March. People do not realize the challenges the 9-1-1- industry faces with consumer technology out pacing 9-1-1 technology in centers. People are dying, not just Denise. Sadly it takes a tragedy for people to wake up to the flaws and bring about and vote for change. Thanks for voting guys. It is what we need to help the foundation get going. We have been just winging it for the past couple of years while still grieving and with the economy the way it has been, it has been difficult. Having training like this (Mark and Nathan would go) may help us make better, more informed decisions. Again, thanks. Vote again if you can. If it is inappropriate, Klaus, I appreciate you letting me know. I truly do not want to seem as if we are using Denise's death to make money for ourselves. it's not like that at all and I think our friends and persons who have listened to Nathan's story and have met Nathan know that. At least, I hope so. |

No need to start different browsers and operating systems. You can just switch to Firefox If you know any scripting language then you can easily make a script that will automatically cast a vote every few seconds or so. Due to the possibility for scripting, these internet votes are typically meaningless, since a single computer running a script can cast many thousand votes in a short period of time. |
