HOLY CARP!!!

My apps aren't opening. I made and kept an appt. at the Genious Bar and the cool Apple dude told me that it was most likely a connectivity issue with iTunes. He said I needed to come back to the mall with my phone AND computer. My computer is a larger desktop and I'd really not rather disconnect it and haul it to the mall. Can I get a guy to come to my house? Where would I find such a guy? FWIW, I also spent over half an hour on the phone with an Apple guy and I think he hung up on me after a while. I have had iPods, my kids have iPods, husband has an iPhone and we all hook up through the same computer so I think we just have password issues; albeit complex password issues. |
