Definitely pumped about this one.

So far tonight they've cooked beaver tail, venison medallions, a nice looking wood duck sauce piquant and Commanders Palace snapping turtle soup. 26 shows, 100 recipes.

Commanders Palace snapping turtle soup.
THat's just lovely, I had it twice during my trip to NOLA in 2008.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.
