Trying a different app called RunKeeper for tracking.

Small differences between it and the bike computer.

Bike computer recorded 28.8 miles vs 29.11 with RunKeeper.

Avg Speed was right on maybe a 10th off.

That may be, but he's not the man he used to be, from what I understand. :smokin:

I think I pushed a little too hard today but I'm OK now.

Went to play 18 holes of disc golf. Even cooled off for 10 minutes in the mini-pool (Hot tub with heater set to 83). Changed clothes but my body was still in burn mode. I had only eaten my late morning Oatmeal and Egg Whites so I was getting light headed during the round. Scored even par so that was cool. Went to get a couple of grilled chicken snack wraps and a strawberry/banana smoothie from McDonalds.

Had a plate of pasta and garlic bread for dinner too. LOL!

Now I am relaxing and having a single malt.

How's the wt reduction goin' Mark? Have you dropped a couple of pant sizes with your hyper-miling? With me, I always notice my clothes hanging looser once I start dropping the pounds.

The weight loss is slower than I would prefer but steady.

I am down a solid 25 lbs and yes, all of my pants that "fit" before all need a belt to stay up.

Some of my pants that didn't fit at all now fit and even require a belt.

Well, sounds like the weight loss is right on track, dude. :thumb:

I did many miles yesterday and today. Perfect weather.
