Daughter is in a performance of Footloose this summer. We're getting close to show week and the sound effects had not been found yet. Hubby was asked to do it tonight, so we have both been on-line searching for free downloads of school bells ringing, train horns blowing, over head train clacking, motorcycles revving and stopping, truck tires screeching, etc. These are harder to find than I expected. We still haven't got a group of motorcycles stopping, but maybe we can layer the three that I found.

Hubby's getting a Haydn sonata for the show now.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

I found lots that were $8 to $12 to $20 each. Yep, we'd prefer free or ridiculously cheap, since we need to get so many.

I found most of them free already, and yet they are good, too. There are just a few to finish the group needed.

There is still a lot of screeching and such coming from my family's laptops right now. I found almost all of the recordings earlier, and I'm letting daughter and hubby finish it.

We've actually gotten almost all that we need, apple, but I will check that for any that we have not found yet.

Ha! Daughter has successfully layered the three motorcycles onto one track. It sounds great!
