Ken Follett's novel, "The Pillars of the Earth" has been made into a miniseries that's premiering on Starz tomorrow night. I have mixed feelings about the book, having read it a couple of years ago, but I'm intrigued by the idea of a mini-series.

So, I went over to Starz website, and discovered that the first two FULL EPISODES are available for viewing!

Why do they do this? I'm not a Starz subscriber, and I get to watch.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

HOLY CARP!!!
WHAT?! My wife and I absolutely loved both of these books (Pillars and the sequel).
I had no idea it was being made into a miniseries. Can someone DVR this for me? If not for me, then for Mrs. KB?

I suppose we could watch online - but will the other episodes become available online as well?

No clue, but I'm watching episode 2. It moves MUCH faster than the book, so far at least. It's also much more explicit about the fight between Maud and King Stephen.

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
If you have Direct TV satellite it is on their proprietary 101 Network channel. lots of good stuff on there.

I tried to get into it the first episode last night, but just could not. Medieval soap opera.
