That's a great term. Cuts to the chase. Very descriptive.

Oh, and that house sure isn't to my taste. I'd hate to buy something for 9+ million and then have to redo it. Wouldn't you? :sombrero:

I liked the furnishings and color choices (and a lot of the art) quite a bit. There are a few jarring elements (the lucite coffee table didn't seem to fit the rest of the sitting area, for instance). The ornate columns in the lower part of the house were over the top, but I figure they are integral w/the old structure (and could have even been specified by the original J.P. Morgan) so they can mix with anything. I'd have a tough time feeling on display if I was trying to enjoy the roof.

Actually, I think almost everyone who is in that end of the market completely personalizes the place after they buy it.
