I found this psychiatrist's journey to be an interesting one. I have a family member that tried anti-depressants and found the side effects to be intolerable. Therapy and a progressive relaxation technique proved to be very effective. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/04/25/magazine/25Memoir-t.html |
