You just never know how people are going to use something:

I am both fascinated and frightened by Google Earth/Maps capabilities.

It was a little uncomfortable when I looked at my house and could clearly identify our two cars in the driveway in one of the early satellite photos of our house.

When I really freaked out was when I saw the Street View of my house. My garage door is open, and as I pan around, I can see one of my neighbors pulling into his driveway.

Big Brother is always watching.

edit: I just watched Klaus' Google Home! :lol2:

HOLY CARP!!!
Last time I checked google hadn't come down the street - but now we are there. Picture is from at least two years ago. Our garage door is also up (a rarity) and one of my daughters is in the garage. Looks like I'm not home from work yet.

Yep, there's a house that just DEMANDS a Mercedes-Benz in the driveway.

Thanks!

We love this place. 2 acres surrounded by woods and creek in the back. Deer, Fox, Turkey, Owls, Hawks, and just about every other form of woodland creature visit us almost daily.

60-90 seconds to downtown by car.

120 seconds to my daughter's dorm by car.

50 minutes to the state capitol.

60-90 minutes to O'Hare 60 minutes to Milwaukee, intl airports.

Neighbors all around just not so close you can reach out and touch them. ;)

I own a Pontiac, so I guess it would be more like 120-180 seconds if I lived there.
