Laws will not accomplish frequency coordination. At least not without some agency to implement them.
No, but That could be handled by a small group of people in another agency.

We could and should consolidate and shrink significantly, several government agencies.

I have no problem with that in principle. I just don't know which other agency has the technological expertise to handle the issues that come before the FCC.

I have no problem with that in principle. I just don't know which other agency has the technological expertise to handle the issues that come before the FCC.
DHS. They do so much other stuff anyway I'm sure they could take on the workload.

Either that or the Marine Mammal Commission. They might have to be brought up to speed but I mean seriously, just what do they do anyway.
I cite irreconcilable differences.
