Frankly, his stated goals seem pretty naive. I've always appreciated having a President that was perceived as a little unpredictable with his finger on the button. Why pigeonhole ourselves? |

'Zactly. The biggest deal of this was his changing of the China/Russia Protocol. Which basically said if we fire on one of you, we're firing on both of you. It was a good way to keep the two of them policing each other. |

Obama's method of negotiating is like lowering the price on your house before you have even gotten an offer. I suppose the Russians and Chinese will now jump through their asses to tell us their self-imposed rules for nuclear engagement. Or, maybe not. |
