the Vatican will never implode.

Agreed, they'll keep reinforcing the bunker as the congregation shrinks.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

Ah, we can increase to three the number of people upon whom the self-declared well-mannered Copper launches the first nasty assault.

First?

Come on it's much more than that.

If you are going to be my cheerleader you'll have to be more attentive.
The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy

Well the topic is pedophilia, you expect it to be uplifting?

The topic is more about unmitigated stupidity and vile cruelty of posters who choose to attack good people who are left to clean up after the actions of a few.

Actions that have been condemned over and over.

Actions that have initiated sweeping changes to prevent their reoccurrence.

Your repeated attacks on innocents show you to be a shallow and thoughtless lout.

No, I just enjoy pointing out your rampant hypocrisy.

As for me, I am Popeye ... I yam what I yam. No illusions here.

As for you, you aren't what you claim to be.

No, I just enjoy pointing out your rampant hypocrisy.

So hypocrisy means I haven't called on the carpet the people you think I should.

Is that it?

Or is it that I have chastised people you think I should not?

And yes your postings here are what you are.

I doubt that you're so dense that you don't get it.

But, on the slight chance that you are, I'll be more explicit.

You call for a standard of behavior to which you are unwilling yourself to adhere.

Have I called for a standard?

You are incapable of understanding any standards of mine.

Incapable.

You know, Copper, if guys like you could have taken half the emotion and energy you reserve for attacking the church's critics and redirect it toward reform, this sh1t might have stopped a generation earlier.

Saw it first run in the theater, too.
