Umm, that would be Indonesia, not Singapore. They ain't the same place.

(Must admit though that I could see charges filed in Singapore for this although as I recall children are given a bit more slack than the 8 year old limit the article mentions for Indonesia.)

I got news for ya....ordinary kid stuff is more and more often being tossed off to the police in this country...not necessarily leading to an arrest but a playground fight might now be attended to by the police rather than the principal....
