HOLY CARP!!!
Seventeen got word in the mail today that she's been accepted to one of the Culinary Institutes she'd applied to. This was the first word she's gotten from any of the four schools she applied to, and she's been walking around on pins and needles, terrified that she wasn't going to get in anywhere she wanted. She hasn't heard yet from her first choice (CIA), but the school that she's been accepted at is also one with a very good reputation in the field, according to my chef friend. Now she can breathe easier, even while she awaits further word from the other schools.
