Why do you think Mik is gay? uhm, not that there's anything wrong with being gay.
Actually, it's nice it's no longer an insult to call a guy gay.
Some of my best friends are gay.

Mik, don't feel bad.
People have mistaken me for a straight guy.
I didn't take it personally; it's an understandable mistake.
Years ago I'd have to kick their @ss but today it's no biggie.

Well, I may not be gay, but I do have some experience with Renaults. I'd save my money if I were you.

My brother had one just like this except it listed to one side rather badly, and required both of us other brothers to push start it.

My Dad had one of these, a Caravelle, which was worse.

How is Renault pronounced?
What country are or were they made in?
Is it considered a gay car like the Miata?

Mik is right. In the olden days it was Re-NALT but now it's Reh-NO.

Kenny I was joking. Mik probably knows that because I'm not a redhead.

He's been hot for me for months, Kenny. Janet is starting to get kind of pissed about it.

I opened this thread to find out about Renaults. Think I'll just back on out now.
Random FML: Today, I was fired by my boss in front of my coworkers. It would have been nice if I could have left the building before they started celebrating. FML

The founding of the bulk of the world's nation states post 1914 is based on self-defined nationalisms. The bulk of those national movements involve territory that was ethnically mixed. The foundation of many of those nation states involved population movements in the aftermath. When the only one that is repeatedly held up as unjust and unjustifiable is the Zionist project, the term anti-semitism may very well be appropriate. - P*D

Renaults suck. The thread has no wandered nearly as far afield as you think.

Bravo, sir!
Civilisation, I vaguely realized then - and subsequent observation has confirmed the view - could not progress that way. It must have a greater guiding principle to survive. To treat it as a carcase off which each man tears as much as he can for himself, is to stand convicted a brute, fit for nothing better than a jungle existence, which is a death-struggle, leading nowhither. I did not believe that was the human destiny, for Man individually was sane and reasonable, only collectively a fool.

I hope the gunner of that Hun two-seater shot him clean, bullet to heart, and that his plane, on fire, fell like a meteor through the sky he loved. Since he had to end, I hope he ended so. But, oh, the waste! The loss!
