I saw that just last Friday at the Morgan Library. I knew it was in their possession, I remember reading a bio of JP Morgan (Chernow) where it mentioned that he had purchased the manuscript and he would read to his kids from it on Christmas eve. Now that I've seen it I doubt he actually read from it, although I imagine it was a prized possession. |

The Morgan Library also has an extensive collection of music manuscripts. Right now there's a bunch of Puccini on display. I've seen Ravel, Mahler, Brahms, and Beethoven manuscripts there also. (they rotate their displays very often) |
