So if I ran a health insurance company I’d want to use low-IQ as a pre-existing condition to screen out high risk.

I guess that’s good reason for Congress to want the Obama plan.

They would all be un-insurable.

Most communities have a tax supported morgue.

I think that is a reasonable expense. There should be no need for dumping on doorsteps.
