If you butchered them out right, you'd have a very hard time telling the difference between human ribs and pork ribs. About the same size, meat looks about the same...about the only clue is the yellow fat on humans. I guess they didn't call it "long pig" for nuthin'.... |

Scarily, I already know how to do this pretty well. Not in George's or Bach's league, but pretty well. And have done it while munching on a bag of potato chips. Of course, I can't say as I've ever thrown any on the barbie... |
