ZOOOOOM!
That was real good, IT. Your friend knows how to write a story.

I'd say more than anything else, his story development skills are what grabbed me the most. The pacing of events and the way in which he exposed actions and internal monologues were spot on. Dialogue was good too, and he incorporated the theme without looking forced.

Yeah, it was a quality story.
I cite irreconcilable differences.

I'll pass your praise on to him. After throwing stuff out there it's always nice to get some feedback.

He's written some very short stage plays that are worth reading -- biting critiques of modern life: The Promise, The News Cast, and The Coffee Date.

He also has a full length 'swords and sandals' screenplay about Veronica and Longinus that was quite good -- I hope he gets something picked up by a studio.

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
I'd echo Aqua's comments. A very well done story in both concept and execution.
