I've made this for Christmas, which is basically the same as the above recipes but with winter fruit: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/recipe/recipedetail.cfm?objectid=62F14E50%2DD5D6%2D8B6F%2D2514B74D5E92A9A9 The crust is very easy. Throw it all in the mixer, refrigerate it, roll it out, put the fruit in the middle, fold up the sides a bit. It's a free form galette so no need to worry about it looking perfect. |
