Webcam hosting; What's a good application for this?

My friend in BC and I used to do webcam conferencing years ago on iVisit, when she had a Mac and I had a PC, because it was the only application available for both types of computers.

Now she has a PC too, and we don't know where to find a good application so we can resume audio/video visits. Anyone know of a good one that supports crummy ol' Vista?

In addition to Skype and AIM, Yahoo and MSN messengers support videoconferencing. So does ICQ. Skype is best, I think.
