Interesting stuff. But a heavy read (over 200 pages)...

Found the link on a muslim website. To be honest: the first time ever (as far as I can remember) that I intentionally visited one. Pretty interesting though. Think I'll pop in now and then.

It sounds interesting, after a cursory read of the first couple pages. The basic message is that free nations should have a caution at the how responses to 9/11 have changed the legal landscape, and be careful not to lose cherished rights and values. They recommend an organized effort to review these matters.

The flip side of that, of course, is every nation takes extraordinary measures when it considers itself at risk or at war.
