:lol2: Subtle.... I think it could be decriminalized with the same rules applying to alcohol as to marijuana. You wouldn't show up to work drunk (as appealing as that option might sometimes sound), and you wouldn't show up to work stoned.

I like in the Woodstock movie, when they interviewed the farmer who's land the concert was on. He said something to the effect of "In my day, if a crowd that size was in close quarters and drinking, there would be a lot of fights breaking out, but these hippies and thier weed, everyone's happy and getting along"

Back in 1978 a cousin of mine flew to New York, for the first time in his life. He then was about 18 and used to roll his own cigarettes.
Upon arrival he collected his luggage, left the building and decided to roll one. He had hardly started putting the tobacco on the paper when a cop approached him and asked what the hell he was doing. Before my cousin could give a reasonable answer he was handcuffed and taken to a police station. There he got charged for smuggling and using illegal stuff.
As he didn't speak English fluently, it took him two day to convince the cops that he was not into smuggling drugs.

One good thing though: he quit smoking.

ZOOOOOM!
Yeah, a friend of mine used to roll his own cigarettes. Every Sunday he'd roll hundreds while watching Comedy Central. Then he'd put 'em in the freezer, I guess to keep them fresh. MAN were those good cigarettes.
I cite irreconcilable differences.
