HOLY CARP!!!
ive been going periodically to the new web site.

i thought the previous one was well done, and esp i liked that u could read transcripts of all the press briefings, statements etc...pretty much as they came out.

i keep going back to the site to try to read transcripts...of the press briefing,of obamas various remarks , speeches etc.... all u see is that blog, which itself has not been updated in a few days. the press pool site says..."No pool reports filed yet."

i wasnt aware that every administration runs their own whitehouse.gov format...i figured it would just continue in the same way...just under a new boss, but its different and its not nearly as extensive.

hey i even liked watching barney cam on the whitehouse for kids site.

anyway...the webmaster has to get his sh1t together...that website sucks.

Me thinks whitehouse.gov should add a coffee-room type forum for "the people" to discuss politics and pontificate of what's best for the nation.

I kind of like it.

I especially like that, on the surface Obama seems to be a whole lot more fiscally conservative than Bush.

It's about friggin time we started eliminating the Income tax. Hey it's only for Seniors earning less than 50k but it's a start.

I would of course have been even more aggressive and declared any one who is retired be tax exempt as the start of a more ambitious plan to eliminate this theft of the american people's wages altogether.

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments
and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism.

Dude, that's backward.
You want to tax-exempt those who work, and tax those who don't.
That way you encourage people to work and be productive.

Try whitehouse.com instead, it may be more to your liking.
In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

Now there's one ugly looking website. For some reason the old tin-foil beanie springs to mind when I see that place.
What do you mean "we", have you got a mouse in your pocket?

Interesting, it used to be porn. I figured it still was.

Apparently the site got out of the porn business in 2004. The owner was worried about what his pre-school age son might think.

Ax, I think there are gulags out there that would appreciate your twisted perspective: "Arbeit macht frei"
