No, I doubt they are Kathy's friends.

But first you have acceptance of Arab thought, then you have repudiation of Israel, and then you have the acceptance of the destruction of Israel by others.

That is why I think Kathy's line of reasoning is dangerous.

I have never repudiated Israel's right to exist - not even close - and neither have any of my friends. No our problem - well, I guess I should speak for myself - is that I also can empathize with Palestinians.

Swallowing the viewpoint of Finkelstein and Pappe isn't merely expressing empathy with the Palestinians.

Yes, indeed, once again, those self-loathing Jews stirring up problems. Give me a break. That is all they are advocating as well. You really ought to read them rather than react to them.

Yes, you have. The "mother's blog" you like advocates an imaginary "right of return" which is the same thing.

No she does not. Show me one quote from her blog where she advocates right of return to anything but the pre-1967 lands.

It's on the top part of her front page, the only thing I bothered to read of her hate-screed. She is a supporter of unending war, not peace.

Why don't you all come over to WTF and cool off? We've got several highly evolved threads on knit scarves right now. We've also got a really interesting discussion on bathrooms and a particularly engrossing one on how to remove cat urine from carpets.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.
