Ok, I've been wondering. Is it possible to set the ignore function for somebody? There are several people here who I think should be on each other's ignore list. Can the moderators do that for them? Kidding! (Sort of)

I will never understand why people can't just stay away from a post written by someone they know will upset them or at the very least is likely to degenerate into an endless loop of an argument that could ruin your day. Just step away from keyboard. LOL It seems to happen on every forum that I participate in. Eileen

Some people I think actually enjoy spewing nonsense. Why? I don't know. Maybe it makes them feel more powerful. |

I used to fling doo back and forth. No more. There is nothing wrong with using the ignore function. You also don't have to open the door to anyone who knocks, especially someone who came over just to harass you. |

If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
|
That is because you are women and do not understand the need for combat. |

You're married and you still think that about women? You must have had your ass kicked so many times you don't even notice it happening any more. |

I Owe It All To John D'Oh
|
Women do not want or need combat, John. Surely you have learned that by now. They simply want you to do exactly what you are told, and they want to kick your butt when you fail to do that (or to anticipate what you should have done, or not done, even though you weren't informed). They sure as hell don't want you to fight back. |
| It would be unwise to underestimate what large groups of ill-informed people acting together can achieve. -- John D'Oh, January 14, 2010. | |

I don't know.....you better ask my husband whether I am driven to combat. Of course, he being an intelligent fellow, will wisely say no! Eileen |

Some women are so gifted, that they can anticipate when you weren't going to anticipate what you were supposed to do without being told, along with the weak defense you would have considered putting up had the situation actually have occurred.

People enjoy being outraged, it gives their lives purpose. |
| As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good? | |

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism. We have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences. | |

That's partly correct.... they want to know you're capable of combat, but not willing to to it with them... |
