If you want trouble, find yourself a redhead
Very interesting article. Bush is the most unfairly maligned president I can remember.

I must say, I was impressed by Bush on this. And, I have also commented at TNCR that Bush has been much more presidential in this his last year in office. It's too bad he started so late.

He didn't start late. It just was not recognized.

Baloney. I just heard an old clip of him the other day. It made me cringe then as much as it did when I first heard. It was the one where he was declaring that he had a mandate and was going to do what he wanted to do (bad paraphrase - his actual words were ever so much more outrageous), and this was right after the SCOTUS had to intervene to declare who won. Until very recently, his MO was a combination of arrogance, lack of curiousity and laziness - a pretty lethal combination. The one quality that he recently seems to have left by the wayside is the arrogance, and his speech, (if nothing else), seems a lot less lazy. He seems to be taking care to speak in full, comprehensible sentences these days.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Well that IS coincidental, isn't it? Two days before his book hits the stands?

At least he didn't have to moderate a debate.

Quirt was just arguing the opposite the other day -- that Bush is schizophrenic. Do you disagree with him?
The dogma lives loudly within me.
