Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Did these people learn NOTHING from Star Trek The Next Generation? 90% of mankind's future problems will be caused by these things malfunctioning, and us being thrust into the middle of some bizarre adventure involving Mark Twain or Albert Einstein, only to be saved by a teenage boy who knows more than the finest minds that the Federation can muster!

But like any problem of that nature, it can be solved by one smart-assed kid, typing furiously and scowling at the computer screen. :lol2: :lol2:

I personally like how Geordi is always able to re-engineer how the phase inducers work, and use them in some unprecendented way like to alter the byproduct of the matter-to-energy converter, inventing some new revolutionary technology, all with 20 seconds to impact.

There is a line we cross when we go from "I will believe it when I see it" to "I will see it when I believe it".

I want the job where I can just say 'make it so' and go off and shag the green bird with the big hooters, leaving the blokes with the funny ears, stupid accents and/or ridged foreheads to figure out what the hell they have to do.

Also, I'd put Commander Riker and his stupid freaking trombone in the airlock, saving the universe a whole world of hurt.

I think I've got a bit side-tracked again.

Imagine this: all of us could then have the holographic doctor on Voyager (Robert Picardo) holographically 'alive' in our living rooms. This gets confusing.

Given your political views, it seems like the confusion started some time ago.
