Tina Fey has got to think all her Christmases have come at once.
What do you mean "we", have you got a mouse in your pocket?

She may have won the Emmy, but this is the role of her career.

Are we sure Tina Fey didn't convince McCain to nominate her?

Second best:

"I liked being here tonight, answering these tough questions without the filter of the mainstream, "gotcha!" media with their follow-up questions, their fact-checking, and their incessant need to figure out what your words mean or why you put them in that order."

During the 2008 Emmy Awards, Fey said of the vice-presidential candidate, "I want to be done playing this lady November 5. So if anyone could help me be done playing this lady November 5, that would be good for me."

Yeah, the Joe Biden guy is pretty good too.
The lines are good.

That skit had me laughing out loud more than just about anything I can remember.

Many great lines.

Skits like that restore my faith in the political process.

You can't get that made in China.

I was howling at the comment about Florida and how she had always liked Jews and Cuban food.

Queen Latifah did a good job as Gwen Ifill.

The Biden guy is cracking me up, too!

The whole thing is a scream. And yes, some of those Biden lines were just as good as Sarah's:

On McCain: As my mother would say. "God love 'em." But he's a raging maniac!! . . and a dear, dear friend.

And on his humble roots form Scranton, PA roots: I came from Scranton, PA. It's a hell hole. An absolute jerk water of a town. It's just an awful sad place . . . .

An uneven effort. Liked the line about how Palin isn't sure if global warming is man made or just a part of the end of days. But then they state a couple things that are the opposite of her position or the facts. IIRC, she did support the extension of same-sex benefits to the entire country and she has a very close friend that is lesbian. That's the kind of stuff that causes shallow thinkers to "know" the wrong facts - the kind of people that get their news and world view from The Daily Show.

Now the flute playing made me laugh out loud. The drinking game thing was funny, too. Biden - the only thing I thought was funny was his smarmy smile - which I don't think the real biden has.
Kincaid - disgusted Republican Partisan since 2006.

I have to say, I had the same thought about the lesbian friend line. That strayed too far from the truth to stay within the realm of good satire.
