Did TNCR turn into a family reunion brawl? It reminds me of some I've heard about.

If so, I will bring a crock of baked beans. What is everyone else going to bring??

We are going through the pre election sniper attacks the Fruitcake Channel always launches about this time before the election.

They'll go back into their little private club in a few weeks...

or into hiding like they did once before when they find out their Messiah didn't win.....

OK, Larry and George, but you should at least tell me what you are bringing to the reunion. I already promised to bring the beans.

You know.....

I don't know which would be the most fun watching...

watching them go into a psychotic rage at having McCain and Palin in the White House, or watching them go into a psychotic rage when they finally realize what they voted into office has done to them......

Oh, just wait until they finally figure out what Obama's tax plans actually are.... they'll go ballistic, but they'll find some way to blame it on Bush...

This show brought down the coffee house 4 years ago. Remember?

So best stock up on the alcohol & snacks. Prepare for the worst.

In 4 weeks this place will once again become a sh*tfest ... esp. for those PUI.

Any predictions who will depart for good this time ??????????

Heh. I'll be out of town for it. :D

Gee, I don't know, Blondie. Bringing alcohol might be like adding fuel to the fire.

Oh, well, sure! Bring lots for everyone.

And if you do, I can understand why you would choose to get out of town!

I'll bring the salsa. We know how to make it down here in Texas. I had some of y'all yankees' salsa when I was up in the northeast and it was carp.

That's quite enough talk about John D'Oh's bowels, thank you very much. I'm trying to drink a cup of coffee here.

Just a drive-by fruiting.

But, it's the nature of the fora. Due to our lax, free-wheeling biker bar rules, guys that don't normally hang out here can come by and pitch a few things they probably wouldn't in their normal environments.

The Obama guys are really not going to like what they are going to get, but they just don't see it. I'm no McCain fan, but he certainly is the less of two evils. Obama will roll in with the most liberal agenda since the Great Society (and we all know how well that one worked out), and no money to pay for it.

Therefore, he is going to soak the upper classes, and he'll go about raising taxes on the middle class through less obvious means, while leaving the poor alone or even increasing the earned income credit. Problem is, poor people don't hire anybody and we already have one of the world's highest business tax rates.

Money is like water, it will flow to the area of least resistance. The money will leave and then the jobs. The rest of us will be struggling too hard to open small businesses at a rate sure to fire up the economy. And the less fortunate will not have their benefits cut, even though there will be more of them than before.

Prediction: Within 36 months of Obama being elected, unemployment will be over 8% and the prime will have doubled. Now, that's really crawling out on a limb, but it still is not as bad as Carter...

Go right ahead.

It's lot further out out in the old crystal ball than anyone else. 36 months is a world in American politics and economies.

But I think I've got a decent shot...at least a 25% chance...
