Been on a few great dates lately with a girl. She is gorgeous, a marathoner (well this Marine Corps Marathon will be her first), has a slight midwest/minnesota accent (hey, i like it), doesn't have an "i'm a princess" attitude which is seemingly ubiquitous in this area, is very self-reliable, and fun to hang out with, of course. Lately we've been going to dinners, drinking with friends, spending time at the pool, even helped her move into a new apartment Saturday morning during the hurricane and then had pizza while sitting on her floor since she doesn't have any chairs or tables in her place yet, haha. If that isn't dedication I dont know what is! Anyway, thought you all might get a kick outta it. As you might know, I'm very laid-back when it comes to "chasing after girls" but I find that every now and then a really quality one comes along that you connect with, without much effort, and the potential is there. Well the potential is here. Tonight we even had an impromptu dinner and I put my amateur chef skills to the test making homemade chicken with some summer sides (potato salad, cole slaw) and wine. Cheers!

Just about the time I thought you might as well take a permanent vow of celibacy, news like this comes along. Are you sure CrashTest hasn't hijacked Isaac's TNCR account? Seriously though, all the best to you and your lady friend. I hope you have fun and (perhaps) find a mutually rewarding friendship. Big Al |

Sounds great 89th! Congrats. |
| As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good? | |

Isaac, that is good news. Never heard you so impressed with a young lady before... and looking for all the right stuff. If Crash is lurking he should be paying attention to how to develop a healthy relationship. |

From the thread title, I thought you had intercepted another Crash sock! Wow, the concept of dating again. There's a certain nostalgia that runs through me when I think about it. You know, of the "remember that girl back in ....." Then I look at my current situation and smile. There are real advantages to having a stable traditional family! |

Random FML: Today, I was fired by my boss in front of my coworkers. It would have been nice if I could have left the building before they started celebrating. FML The founding of the bulk of the world's nation states post 1914 is based on self-defined nationalisms. The bulk of those national movements involve territory that was ethnically mixed. The foundation of many of those nation states involved population movements in the aftermath. When the only one that is repeatedly held up as unjust and unjustifiable is the Zionist project, the term anti-semitism may very well be appropriate. - P*D | |
