HOLY CARP!!!
Last night we moved him out of the rental home he was in. We worked several hours and it was rather surreal. While we were packing things up (and believe me we were zombie like doing it) the developer's guys were there pulling up the carpet and tearing out the padding etc.......... The one guy talked to Harold Muxlow several times on the phone while we were there. It was very creepy. We figured they didn't know who we were. Nathan was downright jolly and friendly with them.

So, we came home and crashed.

This morning Nathan went to talk to the people at Best Buy (his old job has been after him to come back) and negotiated with them a new job. And, he quit FPL. He's been wanting to do that for a long time and we've all been against it. But, Mark and I are starting to think it's the best thing for him. It'll get him out with other people and it's what he really wants to do. Some people hate retail, others love it. I've always loved it.

He has also picked out another home (a friend has a 4 bedroom home he'll rent him for only $850 a month and he's moving in on Saturday. The good news is he'll only be here 3 days. (As much as I'd love to have him here, I was worried about that).

Anyhow, he's been playing with Noah and Adam througout the day and has just taken Adam to the store.

He seems like a different person.

I'm exhausted but feel much better. I still can't help but feel this is all a temporary fix. But, as Mark says, at least he's moving forward and he's not as stressed.

He hated FPL after Denise died. They were wonderful to him and sent hundreds of searchers. He was feeling guilty about leaving them but he hates it.

I personally don't care what he does as long as he gets some sort of happiness out of it. Any gleam of sunshine is a good thing.

thanks for yesterday

Your prayers and good thoughts are definitely helping.

HOLY CARP!!!
Great news Peggy.
Civilisation, I vaguely realized then - and subsequent observation has confirmed the view - could not progress that way. It must have a greater guiding principle to survive. To treat it as a carcase off which each man tears as much as he can for himself, is to stand convicted a brute, fit for nothing better than a jungle existence, which is a death-struggle, leading nowhither. I did not believe that was the human destiny, for Man individually was sane and reasonable, only collectively a fool.

I hope the gunner of that Hun two-seater shot him clean, bullet to heart, and that his plane, on fire, fell like a meteor through the sky he loved. Since he had to end, I hope he ended so. But, oh, the waste! The loss!

Excellent news.

Thanks for the update.

Wonderful news Peggy! Did Nathan find out who the builder and developer of this house was?

Thanks, everyone.

And, yes, M & M's. Harold Muxlow was the developer. Just a very strange and eerie coincidence. The house was built in 2005 when we were having a building boom. There were hundreds of builders and developers in our area. It was all just freaky.

There's been a lot of strange and freakish things about this whole ordeal. Just some really weird stuff.

Again, thank you, everyone.

Keep him in your prayers. It's quite a roller coaster.

Good news. FPL is Florida Power & Light? Anyway, if he liked working at Best Buy more power to him. He's been thru so much I am just happy if he is feeling better.

So glad that he's doing better... :thumb:

And yeah, the Muxlow coincidence is weird and it really sucks. Meh... The best revenge is living well. Hang in there! Glad to hear that Nathan's doing well.

Peggy its nice to see a thread with the word "good" in it that you post. Finally!

Well they say attitude is everything and Nathan's attitude speaks volumes about his mental health. Who knows what gives him this new perspective but it's good.

Take care of yourself.
