There's a reason for those bottles of 200 Riley. Just wait til you're married & have kids.

HOLY CARP!!!

Ah, that does sound vastly different. Not at all the impression I get from the one I've gone to. But it's in a really ugly, industrial part of town (horrible traffic to get through to get there as well), and catering to an upscale demographic' is pretty far removed from the description I'd give this place. There is another one, even further away, that's in a nicer location. Perhaps it is a better store but I don't see any sense in driving a really long way just to save a few bucks. Especially nowadays.

jon!   the anti-inflammatory dose is 800 mg...that's four, three times a day. If you happen to have 5 people in the house with sprains, tendonitis, arthritis, herniated disks, or a host of other complaints that come from abusing their bodies in the name or art or athletic accomplishment, you can go through a bottle of 200 very quickly. Costco has bigger bottles than that, thankfully! the store that is between me and apple (which one do you go to, Mary?) would be my favorite Costco, if it had a wine department. |

just skimmed the thread... No I don't shop at costco or Sam's club because they are over 100 miles away and over 2 mountain passes. Nice drive, but a little out of the way to justify saving $$ on groceries or tires. If there was one right here in town I would shop there, definitely. |

I would be interested in shopping at Costo for cheap non-perishables, I can't imagine buying food there. There is a Costco in Brooklyn which I could bike to but I think without a car I couldn't buy enough discounted items to justify membership. |

I Owe It All To John D'Oh

As Mik well knows, Costco's blackberries are better than you can find at almost any store, even the organic produce stores. |
| It would be unwise to underestimate what large groups of ill-informed people acting together can achieve. -- John D'Oh, January 14, 2010. | |
