:lol2:

A friend of mine took me to an open-mic night, at a coffee house in Nashville. She introduced me to a rather bovine looking woman as, "...my friend Frank, the poet."

She looked me up and down, taking in my boots, Levis, and short, spiky hair, and said, "YOU'RE a poet?!"

To which I replied dryly: "Yes. 'The cat shat in my hat.' You like it? I wrote it this morning, while I was sitting on the sh!tter."

She looked at me like,

I went and ordered some coffee.... Hrmph...
Anatomy Prof: "The human body has about 20 sq. meters of skin."
Me: "Man, that's a lot of lampshades!"
